Turn off outlining either by tapping the Bullet Outline button again, or by backspacing past the bullet.
Use the Indent button on your keyboard to indent any item in your outline.
Once you've created an outline, you can rearrange any bullet simply by dragging the bullet mark where you'd like the item to go:
1. Press down on the bullet (or checkbox) next to the bullet
you'd like to move. You'll know you've grabbed the bullet
once the adjacent text becomes selected.
2. Drag the bullet where you'd like it to go, and drop.
