NoteSuite lets you import files from Dropbox, as well as save files back to your Dropbox account.

To import files from Dropbox, first set up your Dropbox account for NoteSuite by choosing "Cloud Services" from NoteSuite's Preferences. The first time you import from Dropbox, NoteSuite will ask you for your account information. Then, it will open your Internet browser so you can authorize your device directly with Dropbox.

Once your Dropbox account is set up, you can import files from Dropbox either by clicking the Add button in the main Notes toolbar or choosing "Import" from the File menu.

If you need to change Dropbox accounts, choose "Cloud Services" from the Preferences menu. Then, click on "Dropbox" and "Log out of Dropbox."

NoteSuite can import the following kinds of files from Dropbox:
  • Word, Powerpoint, and Excel files
  • PDF files
  • Pages, Keynote, and Numbers files (these are converted to PDF)
  • Plain Text and RTF files
  • JPEG, GIF, and PNG images
