Some users have reported that the keyboard is sometimes not visible in iOS 8. This can happen when the NoteSuite keyboard is left open while switching to a different app, and then opening NoteSuite again.
This is a defect in iOS 8 itself that is triggered by the way NoteSuite displays the keyboard. We expect that Apple will fix this iOS 8 issue in a future update to iOS.
In the meantime, there are three ways to work around this issue:
1. Close the NoteSuite keyboard before switching to a different app.
2. Force-quit the NoteSuite app by double-tapping the iPad's Home button, and then swiping up on the NoteSuite image in the Fast-app Picker.
3. Tap the location on the keyboard where the Emoji button is normally located (see the enclosed image). This will display the Emoji keyboard. Then, tap the normal keyboard button next to it to display the keyboard as usual.
We are sorry for the inconvenience with this and look forward to resolving this issue in the near future.
